123OT provides outpatient occupational and physical therapy services for ages 0-21 in and around Indianapolis. Services are provided in our clinic space or in some instances at your home or daycare setting. Our mobile concierge services are provided on a case-by-case basis depending on availability of clinician and your location. We work WITH families to create a play-based treatment plan, which will not only benefit the child but also make carryover more manageable and fun for families!

Service Area Update: As of January 1, 2024 we are able to service most clients in our Brownsburg clinic. Our mobile concierge services will be very limited. If you have a question about whether or not you are included in our service area please reach out! We do have a waitlist for services and this varies based on your location. Play-based OT
To address gross and fine motor development, sensory processing skills, self-care, and visual motor skills that your child needs to function and socialize. We use evidence-based approaches in all interventions. All ages 0-21 accepted!
